This busy little restaurant cafe is located within a few minutes walk of the Seine River, the Musee Guimet (one of the best Asian art museums in the world), Trocadero, and many other Paris destinations. It is charming, with polite wait staff who don't sniff at your bad French, serves good value meals plus has a terriffic sandwich and salad a la carte menu, and is a favorite with the local lunch and drinks crowd.
I had a lovely table outside on the sidewalk, a terrific very filling Salade Nicoise for 13.80 Euros, a half liter of Evian for 5 Euros, and a coffee for 2.7 Euros. Can't remember if I could see the Eiffel Tower from my table but I definitely saw it 5 steps away while waiting to cross the street, reluctant to leave this great find cafe.
