When looking (and I spent a considerable amount of time looking!) for a place to stay in Paris, I was considering hotel conditions and amenities, price per night, location and service plus I wanted to stay in a hotel 'on the trendier side' of the spectrum. Le Fabe hit the mark in every point of my checklist and did not disappoint a bit. And I have high standards, trust me! What a great boutique hotel! Beautiful rooms (clean and well appointed), greatly priced, and the reception is very helpful. Alexander gave us the best recommendations for the restaurants in the area and they were are favorite places to eat in Paris. And we loved the location, easy access to the metro and you get the feel how it is to live in Paris as it is located in less touristy area, more of a residential setting. My only piece of advice, if you are a girl who spends quite some time to get her hair done every day, bring your shower cap and your own hairdryer - as you do not want to be 'attached to the wall' (hairdryer is attached to a wall and the cord is relatively short) while drying your hair for 30 minutes! Or you can just go for a Parisian effortless look with no blow drying at all! Overall we loved the hotel and would stay there again!
