“Lively environment and great food in Montmartre”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

The food here was excellent! I had the smoked herring for a starter and it was absolutely delicious. Duck tartar for dinner with szechuan pepper was very good, but not as good as the starter. Lemon cake with blue pepper for dessert was outstanding. I would go back just for that dessert! The restaurant as noted in other reviews is on a quiet street, but the restaurant is anything but quiet. We arrived to a completely empty restaurant for an 8pm reservation and by 8:45pm the place was packed. Patrons were mostly in their 20s and 30s but we in the 40+ set weren't out of place. Service was helpful and friendly to English monolinguals.

“What a happening place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012 via mobile

Just across the road from the studio we were staying in, this place does not go to any lengths to advertise itself to passing foot traffic located in a very quiet street in Montmartre. its sign is barely visible from the street. but you can't miss the general hubbub of this lively bistro. The food is quite excellent a mixture of the traditional and a touch of fusion. The menu is the blackboard so you can be reasonably certain that the ingredients are fresh. The waiting staff are young and very helpful in tune with the ambience of the place and the number of languages spoken was breathtaking. However if you are looking for quiet, this place is not for you but somehow its very noisiness ensures a measure of intimacy! Booking at the weekends is essential. I know we'll be back.

“Great atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012 via mobile

After a long day at Disneyland we were looking for somewhere with good food and a chill out atmosphere (that would also suit 3 tired kids) - Cheri Bibi proved perfect. A real local hidden gem. The wait staff were fantastic, patient with us and our limited French and accommodating our kids. The food was simple but delicious and very reasonably priced - and with a perfect Saint Denis wine to match. Thanks Cheri Bibi for meeting our every expectation of eating out in Paris.

“Great local bar!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2012 via mobile

Stopped in here for a nightcap and got more than I bargained for... Great service and a very friendly, inviting atmosphere! Didn't get a chance to try the food, but the Leffe beer on tap was great. If you are staying in the 18th, def a place to try out.

“Young, Fun and Very Parisian”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2011

A Parisian friend of mine recommended this restaurant and I'm so glad I took her advice. Located in the wonderful Montmartre neighborhood, this place felt like the spot where young and fun Parisians went out to socialize, enjoy a few cocktails and eat great food. The cuisine is French with a twist and changes regularly. A defintie favorite of mine.
