Barely 2 minutes from Junction 22 of the A26 (itself 2hr 15mins from Calais), this Etap is a good choice for an overnight stop. Arriving at night, the bright blue "Etap" neon sign makes it easy to find, whereas during the day, look for the red roof of "Buffalo Grill". There is lots of parking on site and the staff spoke very good English. We had a triple room where, in common with all Etaps we've been to, the single bed is perched 1.2m above the double, accessed by a steel ladder (so not suitable for a young child). The hotel is modern with double glazing but the coming-and-going of patrons throughout the night leads to doors being banged at all hours, making the use of ear-plugs a good idea. The breakfast is barely more than brioches, croissants, juice and coffee but it is "eat as much as you like" so I reckon it's good value at 4euros.
A couple of things to bear in mind:
1) if you are allergic to dog hair, bear in mind that Etap allows pet dogs in guests' rooms (ours had dog hairs in the carpet from a previous inhabitant)
2) remember to bring with you whichever credit/debit card you booked with; without it, you cannot gain access when reception is shut (times vary - the blurb says 8pm for some nights)
