We chose this after reading reviews from others who have used this as a stopover to and from Switzerland. Our primary need was to stay in a place where our vehicle could be secured, thereby hopefully avoiding to have to fully unpack it (we have an infant and 6 year old which = loads of gear). We also had Christmas presents in tow.
We booked the only "suite" available to us which was no larger than an average hotel room but was able to be sectioned off with floating panels which hung from the ceiling. Imaginative, yes. Calling this a suite? Well now that's pushing it. To be fair there were three beds--one single which was trundle style and tucked under the main double bed, a double bed (~160 cm) which was very hard and uncomfortable, and another single bed against the windows. There was a microwave and beverage fridge. Room was impeccably clean. Breakfast also was surprisingly good with highly imaginative choices, excellent croissants, coffee, and a boiler pan to make your own eggs.
However, this hotel did not hit the mark for us on three levels. First, the neighborhood did not appear safe. Restaurants were boarded up, up the street and around the block there were men sitting on the sidewalk drinking, and there was absolutely no activity (ie a shop or restaurant ) on the road. We were right next tithe train station but on the back side. This made us skeptical to leave anything in the car, leading me to my second point--we were unable to use the secured lot adjacent to the hotel to park overnight and thus had to unpack our car which was a royal pain. We arrived around 6 pm and by then all the spaces were reserved (not a big lot). We had to park in the "secured" train station lot (which would not prevent anyone from breaking into your car as none could walk in or out freely--24 hours/day).
My third reason for not returning was that there was absolutely no dining in the near area. It was too cold to push a pram anywhere (and through a questionable area with small children) so we were forced to get back in to the car and drive to dinner. Not great when you've been in the car already for over 5 hours.
Staff were pleasant, rate was 130 Euros for room plus breakfast for two adults and a 6 year old. I am convinced there are better choices in safer locations with secured parking and convenient dining options which I will continue to try and find.
Get room facing the courtyard to avoid street noise if you want to sleep with the windows open.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Internet and I am sorry that our hotel did not meet your satisfaction.
It's true that we are located in a new neighborhood near the train station and there are currently very few restaurants, which may seem sad. However, we have never had a problem.
We are looking forward to welcoming you again and give you in the near future, the opportunity to demonstrate our high standards quality.
