We ate here twice during a one week stay in Loches. Service was good but not outstanding. The terrace is part sheltered by bougainvillea and if the sun is very bright their is an awning that gives extra shade.
Good choice of food with three Prix Fixe selections available each time.
Waitress suggested a medium dry wine to go with the sea bass. I was surprised but we gave it a go and - have to admit - it was very good and 'worked'. Also tried the cheese selection. Tasty, well presented although it was predominantly a wide range of different chevres which did however go well with the remaining wine.
Only gripe was that on both occasions several people were smoking which, even on a semi-open terrace, tainted the overall experience. You can of course avoid this if it bugs you by eating in the inside part of the restaurant. Hey ho "When in France..."
