We enjoyed the restaurant overall. We made reservations and were seated at a nice table by the window. The restaurant was almost full on a Wednesday evening at 8:15 p.m. We ordered the prix fixe 22 euro menu. For starters, I had the oeufs meurette, which were delicious and the potage des legumes my husband ordered was good. For the main course my husband had the pièce de boeuf and I paid the extra 3.50 euro for the duck leg confit. The beef was good, but the duck was very disappointing, really salty and dry. Parts of it were like jerky. My husband, who speaks French as his native language, explained that there was a problem with the duck, but the waitress said it was supposed to be like that. Oh well, c'est la vie. Not every meal can be exceptional in France. We had the assiette de fromage for dessert and the profiteroles and both were good. In my opinion, the restaurant should have removed the extra 3.50 euro from the bill for the duck, but they didn't so I would say try this place, but not the duck.
