The tasting menu included noix de St. Jaques with pumpkin, hazelnut oil and crunchy salad, the main plate a roasted hare with incredibly rich sauce, black truffles, cabbage, and pain d'epices. Service was very helpful and attentive, and at the same time made me feel comfortable and "at home": warm interaction. Very fine wine list, but pricey; the Puligny Montrachet white by the glass was a revelation (sorry I don't know the details), the Gevrey-Chambertin red was good though a little tight. Thoroughly satisfying meal.
