One of the few places that seemed to welcome tourists into tasting without a reservation. Caves were great and getting to taste 13 wines for 13 euros was very enjoyable. Now the downside - you taste with a sipping cup, not a glass, which is not very deep and easy to spill. I had hoped that the tasting would have been spread out as you walked. It was all together at the end of the tour so you were chugging 13 wines in a row. It was wide selection - 3 whites and 10 reds with the bottles ranging from about 15 euros to about 35 euros. The employees in the wine shop were very helpful but the ones down in the caves were very arrogant and acted as if you had never seen wine before. They felt the need to overexplain everything. For someone who has been to Napa and to Tuscany it was a bit condescending. Still recommended though.
