“Convenient location for the centre of Beaune”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2012

Very friendly staff spoke English, Convenient location for the centre of Beaune - 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. The free car park is locked at night with a code access. Free WIFI. Very nice decorated room with storage space and small safe. Highly recommended.

We arrived on a Thursday for one night on our way to the Alps. The room provided everything we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. The hotel/rooms were quirky and clean, typically French. A 10/15min walk into Beaune is necessary.

This was a great find on Trip Advisor and we would definitely stay here again. A 15 minute walk into in the centre of Beaune works well to drum up a thirst and equally well on the way back to walk off the coq-au-vin!

This a loveley, warm family run hotel with Mum, Dad and Daughter on hand for your every need. The daughter's English is superb and the parents are very warm and welcoming, shaking your hand at every opportunity. The bedroms are beautifully individual and homely - perfect for a few days of sightseeing. Breakfast was great (€9 each) with plenty of choice and endless drinks. Car parking is excellent. Check in not until 4 but we parked in the carpark from 2.00 with no problem and returned to check in after a pichet of Mersault!

A lovely place run by lovely people.

What a smashing little place. Heading to Beaune, we called the night before to make thre reservation. Met with a very warm welcome from the owners. Rooms themselves were spotelss. About 10 minutes to walk into the town centre. Have stayed in Beaune a few times and this has now become my default hotel for future visits. Great value. Recommended - very friendly and helpful hosts.

My husband, two dogs and I stayed at Hotel Alesia last week. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good and there is also ample parking on site. It's approx. a 10 minute walk in the lovely centre of Beaune. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short break.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights before Christmas. We had a very warm reception. The rooms were small, but it is situated well for the town of Beaune. The breakfasts were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a convenient location near to the centre of the town and seeking accommodation which is not too expensive. There is a shuttle taxi into town which the owner operates, and this is extremely helpful for visits to the town for sight-seeing and restaurants.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the first floor if you have heavy luggage; there is no lift.

This hotel is close to the main town and not far from motorway. Very friendly owners, nice rooms and excellent breakfast service. Good advise on local dining. Good value for money.
