Visited Chez Ospri on a Sat evening with my wife and found the food to be excellent. Starters were tuna carpaccio and foie gras terrine, both well presented and packed with flavour. We followed this with a gambas risotto and fillet steak, again both cooked exceptionally well with great depth in flavour. Overall we though the food was excellent and reasonable value especially in Biarritz. Overall was 120 euro for 3 courses each, bottle of wine and 4 G & T's.
If they are quiet they can rush you by trying to take your plates if you are close to finishing. We took our time over the starters but you could see them watching.
Overall definately worth finding this bistro as the cooking and ingredients are brilliant.
