We are a family of five and had booked in for three nights during August. We have stayed in apart-hotels in other cities and know what to expect. This place misdescribes itself. It is fairly cheap but not cheerful. Our "apart" consisted of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a tiny kitchenette with a table. No living area. The place was dirty. The furnishings were ancient and knocked-about. The kitchenette lacked basic crockery for eating. The fridge was very dodgy. Some windows did not have shutters and other shutters were broken. There is no air conditioning. The corridors are dark and gloomy. The reception staff were moody and unhelpful. You need to book parking in advance even though the website says that you don't. If you don't book you have to pay on a meter in the street. We did not stay and went to a halfway decent hotel instead.
