This is a great museum for zoology students and kids. It is not like a zoo or a safari where you enjoy live animals but rather a place you learn about phylogenetic systems and genealogical branches of animals. Having studied zoology & ecology eons ago, I could greatly appreciate the length they had gone to present it to the public in a very educational & interesting way. I especially liked how they isolated ecosystems and went into exhaustive details of them.
It was amazing to see the collection of insects from all over the world. It is truly educational for anyone interested in these little creatures, and also in big ones for that matter. I was asking myself how they used taxidermy for these minuscule creatures. Since there was plenty of unused space and some display boxes, a little description of taxidermy (for zoology study) could have been helpful. All in all, I enjoyed this museum.
