Apparently this is a "chain" but each is separately owned. The Chef was charming and he was able to explain dishes directly to us as he takes the orders. Very reasonable prix-fixe menus with excellently prepared food. His new server however was a bit crude. When our non-chip credit card didn't work the first time (she didn't know to use her machine in the other way for our card) she advised us to go to a cash machine and pay with cash. The Chef however, was able to run the card properly and apologized. Very nice meal.
