“Great value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

Normally I'm not a big fan of Indian buffets but this restaurant in the centre of Manchester really impressed. For £6.90 per head we had papadums with an interesting selection of accompaniments followed by starters that weren't run of the mill. The mains were excellent although the sliced up Naan was below par. Drinks are not cheap but if you're on a tight budget you could stick with a jug of water. I'll definitely be back

“Worst indian meal i have ever had”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

I travel the country with work and indian is my favourite food, this place served the most bland, tasteless meal i have ever had and at £95 for 3 people its a rip off. My colleague had Dansak, when it came it was unrecognisable and tasted nothing like it should, there was a couple of token bits of pineapple but thats as close as it came to whats meant to be an amazing blend of hot sweet and sour. I had on of the recommended hot curries and when it came it was swiming in oil, it tasted of nothing in particular and its was mild, not hot.

“Looks Nice, Is Nice”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

I studied Tripadvisor for an Indian resturant close to Portland Street and this was one of the best recommended by fellow visitors, so my colleagues and I decided to try it. The place looks very smart from the outside, and does not disappoint inside either. The place is very keen and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Even during the meal, they checked to see that all was ok. The quality and portion size of the food was excellent. The place itself is proud of its Tripadvisor reviews and proudly displays its certificate by the front door.

“Good food, excellent service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

Great selection of food. Service is friendly and quick. The food is great and perfectly spiced. The papadum a bit greasy but apart from that no complaints. The restaurant lacks somewhat in regards to ambiance but what brings you here are good food at reasonable prices.

“GREAT food!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Stumbled across this restaurant as we walked past it in Manchester looking for somewhere to eat. Looks lovely inside, very welcoming with nice decor. Service was quick, friendly and polite. Food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Indian fine dining at it's best...both of the meals we had we full of flavour and very well presented. I would even go so far as saying it was the best Indian meal I have ever had!

Only thing I would say to improve is to set up a restaurant in Exeter so that I can go more often!
