Well this is the review out of many i have posted that is so negative
We called around 6.30pm one Saturday afternoon in December. Was quite impressed with the deco and that we didn't wait long for a table but then it when it all went rather wrong..We went downstairs and entered the main dining it was rush rush rush by the waiters. we ordered two poppadom's, four curries, two rice, two nann breads, three beers and one soft drink.We found the food VERY bland, all the curries tasted the same, in fact i have had much better takeaways. Whilst having the food waiters constantly reappeared and removed empty pots from the table which we found VERY rude while still eating. From start to finish we had been fed and watered and out the building in 45 minutes. My sister in law hadn't left the table because she was blocked in the another diner behind her but that didn't stop the waiter cleaning the table. By this point enough was enough and we complained but was totally ignored, very very poor customer service. Please follow my advise when paying by card because when checking the bank transactions a couple of days later a further payment had been taken when my sister in law wasn't present. The bank have informed her that the payment was taken via a phone transaction. I might add that the bank are currently looking into this and hopefully the matter will be resolved soon.
If you fancy eating here i would think again and save yourself plenty of money. The above bog standard meal cost £86.

Please accept my deepest appology for your terrible experience at our Riverside branch.

6:30pm is quite early for us to be busy unless, it was the 15th Dec, which was one of the busiest xmas nights of the year.
It is not a norm to mistreat our guests. We take pride in making our guests at ease from Free valet parking to door attentdants to bathroom attendants and guests liaison personnel. Highly trained waiting staff and managers. We have a dedicated Guest liaison officer for any complaints may arise on the day.
We have vast array of dishes to suite almost everyone. We believe our food is of high standard and authentic. We believe in quality food and sometimes quality is not cheap.
I would love to hear from you and maybe we could send you some vouchers for your next visit.
