I wouldn't really advise staying here, for the following reasons:
1) the concierge was absent from the desk when we arrived (despite phoning ahead), hence a 20 minute wait in the pouring rain.
2) the concierge (David - to distinguish) finally materialised and was very rude. He seemed reluctant to tear himself away from the TV in order to open the garage and give us the keys.
3) the lobby door was broken, and consequently nearly trapped my hand (it was windy and really slamming violently behind people - if it had caught my hand it would easily have caused a break). The concierge could not have cared less (saying something to the effect of: 'so what').
4) we had to find our own way back from the underground car park to our room (again he vanished), the concierge even neglected to tell us which floor our room was on.
Therefore, the main reason I would not book again was the absence of service. In fairness a different concierge was on the desk when we checked out, who was very polite. But first impressions really matter, and tainted the entire experience for us.
Problems specific to the room (513):
1) overall cleanliness very good, but the lounge rug needed washing and there was a cigarette burn on the duvet cover.
2) due to paper thin walls, it was quite noisy at times (and location resulted in street noise in early hours of morning + very close to rail station).
Aside from this the actual apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped (e.g. washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD etc). I wouldn't describe the apartment as 5* (which it was advertised as), and it was over priced.
