My brothers wedding seemed to be going nicely but when it came to the speech they provided a microphone that just kept having an interferance sound all way through, so annoying. Evening buffet was supposed to be for around 90 guests but nowhere near was the food provided the eqivelant for 90 guests. Staff helped themselves to the buffet and wedding cake as if is was there right. Wedding cake was cut by Manor Hey staff but it looked like a bomb had exploded on the plate ( awful sliceing). Remaining wedding cake was disposed of rather than wrapped up in cling film and given to my brother and his wife to take home. It was there property after all they paid for it and it wasnt cheap either. Bridal Suite included in the package, its ok not anything special thou but you get what you pay for they say. Morning breakfast not upto much and your left to your own defices as staff disappear and you even have to go and make Your Own toast, never experienced that before in an England hotel. So if you decide to have your wedding ceremony there be- aware and lay down your rules to them how you want it. Oh and if you right to complain about anything, beasured of receiving a sarcastic letter off the owners, they obviously dont take kindly to people complaining.
