Lovely room, in a small and perfect hotel located in an amazing street, great staff, nice place to stay in town, just 5 minutes away from the station. I hope we will be back again, we stayed for just 1 night and we had fresh muffins at the arrival and at departure as well.

Stayed with my daughter in a twin room for 2 nights on a short holiday to take in Mancs, Blackpool and Corrie tour. Superb central location, we stayed midweek but absolutely no problems with noise in our side room. I worried that the nearby Chorlton St NCP would be cramped or not have spaces but this was not the case and hotel guests get a discount which does help.
Relaxed, super friendly reception staff (ALL of them!), clean comfortable room and of course the muffins and wine were appreciated. We'd like to also praise the staff at the Olive deli for delicious breakfasts and making us feel right at home. Also recommended is the Richmond Tea Rooms in Richmond St, ie the street behind the hotel. Cakes to die for. We would most definitely stay here again, why go anywhere else?

After a few too many drinks and missing our last train home we looked at alternative places to sleep and found this on late rooms.

For the price it was perfect, even got free breakfast muffins!

The rooms are sub ground level and make for a comfortable night sleep on one of manchesters liveliest nightlife areas!

Fantastic location, the team were great (namely Brett from Brid and Greg). Room size was ok
And got fresh free muffins. If you book direct you could win a bottle of wine. Nice escape from Yorkshire during a busy weekend (Tour de France). Love, love, love the place. Each individual team member was great with us and made our experience not only comfortable but sparkling ;)

I stayed on business for a few nights. The hotel reception was very friendly, and the place overall feels quite personal, almost like a B&B. My room and bathroom was spotless an tastefully furnished, with a very pleasant but small bathroom. The view was of the wall of the adjacent building. I stayed in a double room, and was alone, and I found the room really small. If you were a couple, or had a lot of luggage, the amount of space would be inadequate- and this was a double room. There was no desk (no space for one!), which didn't suit me because I needed to work. Breakfast was provided in a nearby deli; there was a good choice including healthier options.

Overall, it's a nice hotel in the heart of the gay village where I'd be happy to stay again. I wouldn't stay here again if on business due to the lack of anywhere to work, and I think for the size of the rooms it's a bit overpriced.

Compact but everything you need is in there. Polite staff great brekky just around the corner. Parking discount given in the near by ncp car park.bang in the middle of canal street which is cheap n cheerful, just sit outside one of the bars and watch the people walk by, all shapes and sizes, mainly populated by the people wanting to be in the gay scene, but fun anyway.

Booked a room direct on the hotel's own website to stay here on 30 June 2014.

The website has a big pop-up window on it saying that all rooms now include Full English Breakfast... it fails to tell you however that you have to walk to a cafe around the corner to get it!!!!
I had even phoned the hotel on Friday evening before booking to ask what time breakfast was served - they could even have said at that point that it was a cafe off-site.

The website also clearly states as part of the amenities for the 'Double Room' that it has Air Conditioning - it hasn't!

The evening 'team leader' said you have a window that opens.
The morning receptionist said ' yes lots of people complain the website is misleading'

The room itself was 'ok' bed was comfortable, although chewing gum stuck to the carpet wasn't a pleasant welcome and the lighting in the bathroom is 'subdued' to say the least making a shave somewhat impossible.

All in all a dismal stay - there is lots of choice in Manchester city centre and this won't be on the list of choices in the future.

Dear Guest.

First of all, Thank you for choosing to stay with Le Ville Hotel, and thank for bringing your constructive suggestions and points to our attention.

The breakfast which is full English breakfast + hot drink is served at a local deli which is only 1/5 minute walk from your room, but on the plus side it is completely complementary which means that it is free of charge which would again mean that for the price that you have paid for the room you got yourself a bargain.

Furthermore the duty receptionist did offer you a complementary bottle of wine as a gesture of good-will after you brought these points to our attention. As you can see from the reviews yourself, the majority of our guests are satisfied with the level of our standards both in terms of service and cleanliness, however despite that I would like to extend my apology if you had an inconvenient time with Le Ville Hotel.

I wish you all the best.
