“Not a bad word to say”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2013 via mobile

This was our first stay in manchester and we looked for a cheaper hotel in a central location and le ville was just that! Being on canal street it was a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station and is surrounded by bars, we actually went to print works but there is a taxi station just on the corner and it was only £4 to get us there.

The room was spotless and the staff helpful. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and for only 50 pound was one of the cheapest in the centre. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom gorgeous. There was also a nice flat screen complete with freeview.

The window looked onto a wall, but this we actually liked because it kept the room dimmer in the morning along with the heavy curtains :)

We did hear the music from canal street when we got back, but as we'd been out drinking it wasn't an issue. You've got to expect it really given its location, but that's why it worked for us.

Me and my partner haven't a bad word to say and will 100% return when we want to stay in manchester again

So thank you :D

Thank you very much for your review. It means a lot to all of us here at the Le Ville Hotel.

We are very happy to hear you have enjoyed your stay with us. As you mentioned the hotel is in a great location and in the middle of everything. We hope you had a great time in Printworks.

As you might know the hotel is a brand new addition to Canal street and we pride ourselves in the high standard of our rooms. We will do everything in our power to keep the standard as high as possible and make our bedrooms feel as new even a year from now.

We would like to inform you that we are in the process of installing triple glazing in our rooms in order to reduce the outside noise.

The staff at the Le Ville Hotel would like to thank you for choosing our hotel during your visit to Manchester and we hope to see you again in the near future.

Great location and good value for those wanting to party in canal street. Good nights sleep. Recently opened, new facilities, no cooked breakfast and no late checkout was allowed when requested for Sunday :(

Thank you for your review. Your opinion matters to us and helps us make improvements to make each stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Manchester and it is in a popular area and it can get a little noisy on the weekends.

I would like to inform you that the hotel owners are currently working on reducing the level of outside noise.
We noticed that the double glazing is good but not good enough and up to our standards in reducing the outside noise.
We are in the process of upgrading our windows to triple glazing. We are hoping to have the project completed in the next few weeks.

We hope to see you again in the near future and we hope your stay will be more comfortable when you visit us next time.

We stayed there for one night in the weekend. It was very nice hotel. The rooms just for one guest or very cozy couples. quite clean rooms. I didn't like their beds! Because it's a small hotel and it's next to some bars so there was a lot of disturbance during the night. but it's a good option for a short stay.

it was a busy time in Manchester (a big soccer game) so there were only few unbooked hotel rooms online for booking, by the price we thought we are going to be at a "bad hotel" but actually in a short walking distance from Piccadily station, in Canal - a beautiful Street we arrived to a renew hotel, very clean, familiar boutique hotel.
The crew was exceptionally kind and helpful and the breakfast was great

Stayed for 1 night just after they opened. Great value, great location, new hotel will be a really popular addition to this part of Manchester. 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. 2 minutes to bars and restaurants etc. Rooms clean and trendy, it is all very new so hope they can keep up this standard.
