5 of us called in here after a days shopping. We were sat straight down at a table then left for quite a while before a drinks order was taken. Once drinks order was finally taken it took a while for them to arrive and we still hadn't ordered. Called a member of staff over to take our order or we could have been waiting forever. Starters arrived, a sharing platter and 2 lots of nachos, all very tasty. We had finished our starters for quite a while but nobody cleared our table, then surprise surprise our mains arrived and our table hadn't been cleared so we had to do it for them just to make room! My surf and turf wasn't impressive. I specifically asked if the meat would be tender and as assured it would be so I ordered it medium cooked but it arrived tough and over cooked. At no point did anyone ask if everything was ok with our meals. As with the starter course nobody came to clear our mains and after sitting there with plates in front of us for a while we got the attention of a waiter and asked for the bill. If we had got the proper service that we deserved we would have ordered more drinks, desserts etc but got past caring. It wasn't that there weren't enough staff Because there were plenty but they were certainly not looking after us. Needless to say we didn't leave a tip!
