Had some good food here but I can't help feel this place is lacking in something. Perhaps my group were expecting an "almost famous" experience (probably the greatest burger joint I have been to in the UK!), but in comparison to me it was pretty mediocre. The organisation was quite poor - we made an initial booking which, when we rang to confirm, was not actually booked in, we then had to pay a £5 deposit per person on booking which wasn't deducted off our bill at the end and was a bit of hassle to sort out, when we arrived our table had been booked in for the wrong time (only 15mins later but still, we had to go to another bar as we were told that there was not room for us to wait), and one of the meals didn't arrive along with the others (it appeared they forgot and one of our party of 6 was left waiting ten mins!). This no doubt affected our experience. Saying that I did enjoy my meal - I had the KFB burger and sweet potato fries, which was tasty. Perhaps the poor organisation was a one off but that let it down for me and I'm not sure I would visit again.
