you need to read this from 2 points of view, an adults and a childs
We went with a 5 yr old and a 2yr old at half term - probably not the most sensible option but hey, thats what its there for surely!!
We queued in an area which had ZERO fun or activities for the children to get in. However, the kids could see all the fun stuff and just wanted to get stuck in - and hell why not!
When we finally got to the reception desk, the one harrassed member of staff was checking people in and trying to answer the phone as well - ridiculous.
We got in tried to get a locker for our things, staff were just helpful but obviously under pressure.
I went off with the 5 yr old who was tearing around having fun and went on the big slide, which is massive, the member of staff who was supervising this area was generally on her phone most of the times we went up there. GREAT
We then stopped for lunch, ordered pizza - 55 min wait. Yes it was cooked fresh and yes they did tell us it would be a 45 min wait but kids arent known for waiting patiently for anything let alone food when they are hungry.
I emailed the centre to complain, there was no one there on the day available to deal with it. Having sent 3 chasers have finally had a reply which basically said 'tough get over it' but slightly more politely but that was the underlying message and 'we hope to see you soon back at playfactore'
I have replied to say that this just wont be happening :(
For the kids they have great fun when they are in there but its stressful for parents and not ideal - sorry big thumbs down from me
