I really do not understand what is difficult about making a decent Sunday Roast? I honestly would have rather stayed at home and made one myself. What is the point in eating out when you can do much better yourself. Where do chefs train these days? McDonalds?
Nice pub, great seating area for us ( 0 adults and 3 kids) but seriously disappointing food.
Since when has a Sunday roast consisted of boiled new potatoes a few carrots and a scattering of cabbage? Where is the rest of it??? The beef was as chewy as an old shoe and the gravy wasn't very exciting either! The Yorkshire pudding was ok I suppose but hardly worth going out for!
What a waste of stomach space.
