Stayed here for one night. Knew what to expect so wasn't too horrified. We were only in the hotel for a couple of hours during our stay, was really somewhere to leave the bags while we went to the Stone Roses. Slept in worse places, like prison covered in my own waste. For £30 a night, you get what you pay for.

I beg you, if you are reading DO NOT stay at this so called "hotel" it is a hell hole! My room was a prison cell!! I paid £39 for a single room with ensuite, only to arrive to find receptionist had closed up and gone for a fag for half hour. My room didn't have a ensuite but a nice added touch was the flies (no extra cost, which was added value)

All in all this place needs closing down!!! I honestly thought places like this were in films!!!

Found coackroaches in the room. Had to get manager out of bed to come and check to problem after phoning the number it says for problems his first response was go back to bed and we will talk about it in the morning. Laughing at us and are adamant they wont give a refund and when questioned proceeded to swear at me. Have placed a complaint with Health and Safety due to the appalling conditions of the hotel and staff. Also cannot get hold of manager as everytime I ring up they give me another excuse and tell me to ring up on another day. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! See photos for proof of how dirty and disgusting it is

Room Tip: "Go to a different hotel dont stay here"

Arrived at the hotel to find the bed infested with bed bugs. I'd already lied down for an hour before spotting them so I ended up with several bites which were very sore and painful. When I went down to reception to report the problem the receptionist didn't seem concerned and refused to give me a refund even though I'd only been in the room an hour. When I spoke to the manager the following day he tried to claim that I'd got the bites from elsewhere and was most unhelpful and rude. Very poor customer service. I was very dissatisfied.

Room Tip: Do not stay in any room

Expectancy was as low as a midget's shin when I booked this place at the price I got and they still disappointed. The entrance is located in an alleyway with hobo decor and authentic urine scent, which permeated up the first flight of stairs. The Reception was operated by one solitary Indian gentleman who was in the process of dealing with a throng of adoring complaints from guests. Ignoring these hypochondriacs, we checked in.

The room itself was quaint. There were charming hairs and damp stains in the shower cubicle, while delightful toothpaste spittle adorned the mirror, the curtain partly hung off the rail in a modern day tribute to Gandhi. The duvet had beautifully crafted cigarette holes and accompanying yellow stains which were visible due to the absence of a cover. Disappointingly, the sheets were clean.

If asking for basic things like a duvet cover and clean coffee mugs in your room and you enjoy the stench of p**s or enjoy writing scathing reviews of crap hotels then this is the place for you.
If you expect cleanliness and good service as standard, no matter what price you pay then sleep on a bench in a bus station before you stay here.

On arrival the main door is up a back alley, the front door is covered in urine and you have to push a buzzer to gain entry. Once inside the stairs smelt of urine and by the reception a group of other travellers were complaining. We were asked to pay upfront and thats incase you can't stand to stay! When we got into our room it was obvious no one had drusted, the bed was missing a dovet cover, the shower was covered in hair, the mirror was covered with tooth paste and there was no lou. That down the hall and simply disgusting with no soap or hot water to wash your hands. We had to ask for the dovet cover, the guy on reception tried to give me 2 singles for a double dovet (which had cig burns on!) and finally found something that was a double which my boyfriend and I had to fit. However when back in the room it turned out to be a sheet and not a dovet cover! If you want a nice, clean hotel this is NOT it!!!!
