“Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2013

Nice hotel, got upgraded to the executive room. Nice room (apart from the slight smell when we walked in and the noise that came everytime we used the cold water)
apart from that a nice hotel. Location is very good.

Stayed here before our flight to Florida. Checked in early no problems and have free use of the pool/gym which we took advantage off. We then had a lovely meal in the restaurant. But then when it came to getting some sleep?????? It didn't happen I've never been in such a noisy room all we could hear all through the night was them plumbing banging and dripping in the walls at 3 in the morning we had to get the manager to come !!! Who offered to let us change rooms , very nice but no good to us at we had to be up at 6 !
The hotel it's self is very nice but would be even better if we could of got some sleep. Upon checking out the manager did apologise but did not offer a refund or discount.
Would not stay here again.

We stayed here prior to flying to Mexico. Check in was quick and easy and reception staff were very friendly. Reception arranged a taxi for the following morning, which was included in the price of our booking. The same for our return. The room was lovely and the clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom had some lovely creams and gels for you to use. We ate dinner in the bar and the food was of a good standard with plenty of choice. We slept very well and the hotel was lovely and quiet. On our return, a taxi collected us from the airport, included in the hotel cost and returned us to the hotel. We collected out car from the hotel, where we had left it in the hotel carpark.

Stayed the night before we flew to Egypt. Booked the stay and park deal which was a good deal. Every member of staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Pleasant bar with good selection of drinks and nice food. Finding our room was a bit of a lucky dip because of the confusing corridors. Taxis arrived promptly and driver was very pleasant and was the one on the return trip. We would use this hotel again if we fly from Manchester.

Fantastic location next door to bewleys which I have used quite a bit. Within walking distance if nice weather especially if going out of T3. Staff were friendly and rooms of a good standard.
Will def use again!

We stayed here one night before an early morning flight.
Some good points:
You get use of the HUGE gym and pool. Really great way to start your holiday. We had a good swim and a sauna when we arrived.
Plenty of parking and we left the car on site for 7 days.
Two really large comfy beds. Clean room and bathroom.

Some annoying bits:
Wifi not available in your room unless you want to pay £15 but you can get free wifi in the lobby.
Cost of drinks - £9.50 for a glass of wine....must be the reason there weren't many people in the bar.
Wouldn't even consider eating at the hotel....so overpriced.
The hotel is set up in such a way that there are very long and confusing corridors.

We would probably stay again when flying out of Manchester.

Room Tip: If you don't want to pay for an overpriced meal at the hotel take a quick 10 minute drive into S...
