“Clean, spacious & great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013 via mobile

First time at Premier Inn North, having always stayed at the South hotel just opposite this hotel.
I booked this hotel as it came up £10 cheaper than the South hotel. As i was only stopping the night i thought i might as well try it.

I checked in very quickly. No long queues like i normally get across the road.
The room was spacious & clean.
Nice TV & spacious Bathroom. And the Kettle with tea & coffee. And of course a Hairdryer.
It was also quieter than when i've stayed at South hotel.

Didn't eat at the hotel. Arrived 9pm & left at 7am.
This hotel is just off the Motorway, very easy to find. And very close to the Airport, so location is great.
There are no shops near the hotel, but there is the restaurant, bar & vending machines etc. So really everything you need is covered.

I will definitely use this hotel on my next trip from Manchester Airport.

As the weather was bad we decided to stay in hotel near airport s o we would not miss our flight,
We got a good deal on Internet and I was surprised how nice it was. It was warm and friendly ,rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant was nice and very reasonable priced. Would definitely use this hotel again .

We stayed at the Premier Inn Runger Lane North hotel for one night before our flight to Orlando. Their are two Premier Inn's just across from eachother. Both are easily accessible from the motorway. Theirnare no shops/restaurants surrounding. We arrived just before 5pm. We were checked in very quickly by a friendly member of staff. One night parking is £5.
Our room was on the 4th floor and was facing the airport and a road. We had minimal noise during our stay. The room was cold on entry but this was quickly sorted by turning on the effective heating which we left running during our stay. The hotel is very clean and is exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn; Good quality at a decent price.
Our family room had a double and single bed with plenty of pillows. I found the mattress a little firm for my liking. Other facilities included an LCD tv with free view, hair dryer, kettle and drinks tray, hanging space, bathroom with towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo and a bath with powerful (and warm) overhead shower. The room was very clean and comfortable.
We easily made a reservation for the restaurant for 6pm and were seated straightaway. Service by the staff was good. Their was a good deal on for two courses for £12.50 or you could add breakfast too for around an extra £8. The food was ok but quite bland.
In the morning we quickly checked out and were on our way to Jetparks which was just a few minutes drive away and then onto the airport. Total time from getting in the car, to Jetparks, to our airport terminal was approx half an hour.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again.

We have stayed at this Hotel on a number of occasions prior to Flying out from Manchester Airport. We find it is close enough to save us a long drive on the day we fly, with a decent restaurant on site, and clean comfy rooms. If you plan ahead, and book in advance there are some great deals to be had. We fins it cheaper to stay here, and book VIP Valet Parking with fast pass directly with the Airport than to stay at one of the premium Hotels at the airport. Room and food just as good (better than some) and parking options substantially better. Highly recommended !

We recently went to Manchester to catch up with some friends and having stayed at the two Premier Inn's at LHR thought we would give this one a go.
As per previous reports regarding Premier Inn the hotel was clean and the room was well equiped.
What makes Premier Inn fantastic is their staff. Nothing is too much trouble, they are courteous and knowledgeable. Every member of staff we encountered was the same.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and while it is not Michelin starred food it is good quality and very tasty. There is also a Costa Coffee on site.
Give the big chain hotels a miss and stay at the Premier Inn. You will not be dissapointed.

I have stayed here twice and on both occasions the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with great selection of hot food, cereals, and fruit. There were problems regarding organisation of evening meals, but we were in a large group so that was understandable. When we did in eat in the restaurant the food was good. While the hotel is in a quiet area at the edge of the airport campus, it is well located off the motorway (no noise problems), 15 minutes from the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford football ground, about 20 minutes from Manchester city centre, and about 35 minutes from Chesire Oaks shopping outlet.
You get 30 minutes free WiFi each day and I think it was £4 for 24 hours access. There is also a Costa coffee kiosk in the lobby for snacks and quick breakfast. Overall the staff were friendly and courteous.
