My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and it was by far the worse hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were dated and not greatly clean, they were noisy and uninspiring.
We changed rooms 4 times in our two day stay there. We requested a non-smoking room and on arrival we were given a smoking room. They then moved us to a double room right next to a room where music was blasting. We complained and got moved to a twin room. As there were no other rooms available in the hotel that night we had to stay in the double room and were promised a double room for the next night. We were given a horrible double room with tatty furniture that had seen better days. When it came to pay the bill, no apologies or discount were given. I would advise everyone NEVER to stay at this horrible hotel.
