The quality of the coffee and the food is really excellent. I've never had a bad coffee or meal from here. I love the 'build your own' panini which is very good value for money. The Nutella crepes are absolutely delicious and I would eat them every day of the week if I could. They're freshly made and have the right balance of chocolate to crepe. The decaf Americano is one of the best in Leamington. Consistently good decaf, with perfect crema and delicious complimentary amaretto biscotti. The cakes are very nice although they don't look particularly 'home made' but they do taste good. The quirky coffee shop layout provides a really nice atmosphere with the top floor really light and private (although slower service up there...!) The first floor has some good tables too which are not too tightly packed.
Last visit was marred by poor service and we waited 35 minutes NOT to get a Nutella crepe which was a real shame as I'd been so looking forward to it whilst shopping (although I guess it did my waistline a favour!). I reminded the waitress after 20 minutes and she said it would be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes we decided to leave so as not to overstay our parking and they did offer to make it a takeaway crepe as it was just on ready but I'd lost my appetite. They also forgot the little amaretto biscotti that always comes with the coffee which was a shame as well. But that was the only poor experience in over a dozen visits.
