Stopped here for one night with my mum and young son. As we were visiting friends in the Birmingham area. The staff were lovely the reception was warm welcoming and clean and modern. We had a ground floor room that suited with a small child. On leaving reception the carpet in the corridor was awfully stained like someone had been quite sick. But the stains looked years old so why hadn't this been replaced???...... And the smell in the corridors smelt like drains. The room was clean and didn't smell thankfully. But it is quite dated. And the bathroom was veryyyyy dated. And there was old grime round the plug parts of the bath. We didn't see the point in complaining as we were only here one night but I feel the room and particular the bathroom needs a big re-fit. My little boy who's three even said the rooms at the other premier inn are nicer mummy.

We wanted somewhere within 20 minutes drive of Wolverhampton Speedway and also the Black Country Living Museum but not right in Wolverhampton town centre and this was ideal. It's a few minutes from junction 10 of the M6 and located in Bilston next door to a Table Table restaurant. After reading reviews we requested a room at the back away from the car park and on the ground floor as we have mobility problems. We had a lovely comfy bed, the bathroom and the room itself was nice and clean. Premier Inn seem to be cutting down on the coffee/sugar sachets but we asked at reception and were given more with no problem. One tip if you want bottled water take your own, they had it in a vending machine in reception for £1.50 a small bottle which I think is well overpriced. We had a lovely meal in the pub next door but can't comment on the breakfast as didn't eat it there. If you've never been to Speedway give it a try it's a sport all the family can watch and I can recommend the Black Country Museum for a good day out as well.

The premier inn Walsall was excellent value with very comfortable beds, really helpful, cheerful and attentive staff. The on site restaurant was also excellent we thoroughly enjoyed their food.
Great overnight stop and just off the motorway.

What can I say. This is the first time I'm leaving a review as the service was truly impressive. Iv had some pleasant stays at Premier Inn's in the past but this is the first time I needed extra help (am now required to use oxygen) I spoke to an excellent member of staff (called Geraldine i believe) who made the arrangements. Although the welcome on arrival was a little cold, the rest of my stay, including the breakfast, was great. I will wholeheartly be recommending this hotel to everyone.
