“Great place to stay.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2011

Clean room well prepared. Professional staff. Reception cool and efficient. Nice atmosphere about the place.
The tube station at Croxley is a few minutes away with an excellent service to London.
If you are planning a trip to London this is a good place to stay, especially if you can get a Premier Inn offer which we did. Park your car at Croxley station for £3.50 all day or just a pound all day at weekends. Unlimited bus and rail travel for about £11 all over London. Add it all up and our view was that we got a better hotel and a good deal altogether rather than attempt to stay in central London for the trip.

Breakfast was good. Our evening meal was on one of the buffet nights which were unbelievable value and super quality.

Unfortunately the saturday evening meal was a disaster and we walked out. The restaurant had a party booked in and we were not prepared to wait the 50 minutes quoted to wait for our
food. we had a table booked and explained that we were hotel guests but it meant nothing. The kitchen was not going to be able to do anything about it. Tough! We walked across the Road to the Harvester at the end of Baldwins Lane and despite no booked table, the place was heaving and clearly very popular, the Manager squeezed us in for a really good meal.

So great Hotel. Just check out the eating arrangements if you are there on a Saturday.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter

I resented the billboard saying 29 pound a night when I was paying 80 and subsidizing these visitor and looking like the fall guy. It was purely about the money and getting their pound of flesh while you were here. I feel quite used.

stayed here for a weekend away with friends and was so surprised to see that the catchphrase everything's premier but the price is really true. If all premier inn's are like this then i will definately stay in more of them.

Stayed here around watching England game at Wembley and would definitely recommend it. Really nice place with great food and very friendly staff. Located about 10 mins from a tube station with direct access to the ground which is only 25 minutes away. Staff excellent right through from reception to cleaners but special mention must go to Adrian in the restaurant who chatted to my son and me for some time and made us feel like our stay really mattered to him and his staff. We managed to book a very cheap rate and the best value I have ever had in a hotel, brilliant!
