Excellent revamp of the range facilities recently, and pleased to see that they are maintaining and investing. New heaters, tables and chairs on the bays are welcome improvements too.
Unfortunately all this is worth nothing when you have some of the worst customer service there is. The experience is marketed as all being about gave food and drink at your bay, however it seems nobody mentioned this to the "Bay Hosts" who have this on written on their T-Shirts. We waited for more than 45 minutes so that we could simply order some drinks, never mind food.
It was not as though there were not enough of them. We watched five of them standing in the lobby chatting for most of that time. It must have been a very good story, because there was much laughter and interest. If only they showed the same interest in paying customers.
