the hotel is well located not far from Milton Keynes, the room was large a little old fashioned but very well priced with excellent internet. My wife and I were not impressed with the inclusive breakfast, cold cooked buffet, no grapefruit segments or the like, no yougat, plenty of bread to toast

We booked this hotel just as a stopover and didn't want to pay too much for a room and if I'm honest at £35 wasn't expecting anything very special. But we were peasant surprised, the room wasn't the most stylish ,but it was large clean and comfortable. The hotel reception isn't manned at t be weekend but there are numbers to contact if you have any issues. On each corridor there are supplies of towels, tea, coffee etc even a spare hair dryer if you need one. There are free toiletries in the room and biscuits to go with your cuppa. As we were there on a Saturday we had continental breakfast which was fine, hot or cold croissants, cereals juice toast etc. What more can you ask for at just £35?

We had a wedding close by and the alternative was a room at £180 but this satisfied our needs and for £35 a bargain.
There is no one to greet you but they email you and phone the code through and you collect your key from a table, a bit daunting but all worked fine.
The room was fine, ok the bed was very hard but for one night not a problem. A warm powerful shower in the morning along with a very sufficient breakfast with many options indeed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if I was in the area.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is! We are currently staying there 3 nights a week due to a long commute to work, and we have been very impressed. Much better value than Travelodge and others. £35 per room at weekends and this includes breakfast! And what a great breakfast! The continental breakfast is especially good, with fresh warm croissants, ham, boiled eggs, orange juice, and fresh milk, and huge muffins! Theres free wifi and also an ethernet cable in the room if you need to use broadband. Cannot fault this hotel at all, just amazed at the cost. Has to be the best value for money ever! Rather hoping the commute lasts for a while!

A real surprise. A quiet hotel with all facilities. No recption manned but the hotel call you to give an access code and the room keyes are inside. The rooms are excellent at a 4star level. The breakfast is continental on a Sunday but still good. There are a number of resteraunts within a short walk. We used the discount card to get free starters at an indian resteraunt.

Room Tip: Go for the king size rooms, cost not much more but really good.

I was visiting Milton Keynes on business and stayed overnight at Greens Hotel and have to say that this place really offers value for money. I got my room at the Special Rate of £39.99 and that included breakfast! Clean, comfortable, cosy bed - a good nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was good and served from 7am. Well done Greens - would recommend.
