I met a friend here for lunch. It was the first time we had been since it had changed hands, and I think it will be the last. We were seated promptly and then ignored whilst other customers arriving after us had their orders taken. Finally we caught the eye of the waitress and ordered 2 coffees and 2 toasted quesadillas, one with cheese and ham and one with chorizo and onion. The coffees arrived and, had long since been finished, by the time the toasted quesadillas made an appearance some 45 minutes later. The quesadillas were nicely presented, cut into quarters with a salad garnish and salsa. However, the filling consisted of a small slice of ham and cheese in each quarter and the cheese had not melted. The one containing the chorizo came with no onion, 4 small slices of chorizo and unmelted cheese - not what had been ordered, but we couldn't afford to wait any longer so did not complain.
We were asked, after we had eaten, if everything had been ok and we took the opportunity to pass on the above comments, which the waitress said she would pass on.
The problem appeared to be that things were a little chaotic and that not enough staff were employed in food preparation. However, that doesn't really solved the lack of filling or toasting in the quesadillas - they should have been amply filled and then toasted enough to melt the cheese, not just consisting of 2 warm tortillas thrown together with little filling.

We have now been open 6 months and are still learning and keep responding to our customers
We are passionate about your feedback and your visit was in our first 6 weeks and I agree we didn't get it right all the time, we have invested in team training, better menu access table or blackboard, streamlined the menu, looked at pricing and overall keep focused on YOU as customer what you say and feel about us
