Our family of 9 adults & one child visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my brothers birthday. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted & promptly shown to our table.
Service was also prompt & polite and we all chose from the 3-courses for £14.95 menu. It's not often that i can order 3 courses and devour every scrap of food placed before me, but the quality served to us was excellent.
Even my 83 year old mother polished off the lot (aided by a few glasses of plonk) and she is usually quite a fussy eater. A special mention must go to the sea bream which was cooked to perfection & the creme brûlée was one of the best I've tasted.
It was my first visit and certainly won't be my last, everybody thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the only slight niggle i can think of is I would prefer to have the pate served separate from the toast so I can spread it myself but i really am nit picking there & I can't think of any other negative comments. So I'll leave it that..
