I wish I had known about the Wicklow way before, it is a Hike, or parts are a drive, though small hilly towns, crossing what is in my opinion a classic example of what Ireland has to offer in our green tourism ideals.
Starting in Dublin or in Wicklow it offers Hikers a chance to see the stunning beauty of Ireland's Garden County, we didn't do much of the hike but instead chose to drive the Wicklow Gap stopping at several points along the way, which I would also advise. Stopping at glendalough is a must and sitting on the grass admiring the stunning scenery. Don't forget your camera, there are some images that cannot be missed. Overall I would say this is one of Ireland's national treasures and one to be admired. I've included some pictures, but I took so many that my battery ran out the day before, so unfortunately these are just my iPhone pictures, but still gives you an idea of what awaits.
