“EXCELLENT Italian dishes beautifully created by an Estonian in the middle of Ireland! Can't get more international than that! ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013 via mobile

From the appetizer to the dessert this meal was incredible. The restaurant is cozy and casual (seats only 20) and the chef (and also co-owner), a big but very pleasant Estonian knows how to cook! We opted for the evening's specials and were delighted. The facade of the building blends with all others but their food stands on its own!

This quaint little place reeks of italy and all things sorento...The food is excellent and the staff are attentive. The price is very reasonable and you can see the chef cooking your food as you sip your italian wine or some italian beer....We love the place....Eamonn.

“Quality food at reasonable prices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

6 of us went for dinner here last night every one of us enjoyed it. The food was all seriously fresh and tasty. i had the Carpaccio Beef and the Tortegloni, both were really good.

The price was the most surprising part.....for 6 starters, 6 mains, 3 deserts, 6 coffees, 3 bottles of wine and a bottle of prosecco it was just over €200, which due to the quality of the food was a major bargain.

Our only note would be that the starters are rather large, so if you don't have a big appetite it may be an idea to share a starter or go straight to a main course.

“Untouchable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Visited the Restaurant this evening for the first time and was not disappointed! The Service was fantastic and everything we ordered was amazing. The Bruschetta al Pomodoro was perfect! Tortelloni Funghi, Gorgonzola e Tartufo.... absolutely the most delicious food I've ever had!!! I loved that the Café was very quiet when we went and you could watch the cook as he prepared your meal with fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend you check out this place!!

“Great escape from pub food and tourist industry.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013 via mobile

We were happy to find this small cafe for dinner in Waterford. Nice wine choices by the glass, the vegetarian anti-pasta was delicious. Most of the pasta dishes come with a cream sauce, just heads up.

This place is very very small. They do take reservations and I would think on a popular night it'd be worth your while to call ahead. The chef is practically in the dining room and clearly enjoys his job (was even dancing at one point), the one waiter was cheerful but his English was a bit lacking.
