Our company had our Christmas night at Dooleys Hotel & had a fantastic time. When making the booking, we found Denise a great help. The staff on the night were excellent and very well organised. The food was delicious with great choices on the menu to suit everyone in our group. The service was great, food came out quickly and lovely and hot. The entertainment on the night was brilliant crack - band and disco included in the price ; excellent value. Overall, an excellent night and highly recommend it.

Why do so many irish hotels not be able to nail down (literally) the problem of unnecessarily noisy extractor fans? If it is in one's own room the fan will eventually switch off, but when the echoes of other fans can be heard through the ventilation system it becomes a sleep depriving problem. Also an electrical circuit breaker in the room was buzzing slightly. It's a shame because apart from this the room was very comfortable and hotel very pleasant and friendly.

We popped into the bar here for a bite to eat to take a break from shopping in the cold weather and we got a lovely surprise. we both ordered fishcakes expecting small portions and what we got was an extremely large and delicious plate of food. a wlovely pick me up!

we stayed for one night (sat) , hotel was warm on arrival as was the greeting from the receptionist. Our room was perfectly presented and spotless , with simple to use tv ,
The information booklet prepared by the hotel was excellant and up to date ,very helpfull to visitors. Breakfast was well organised , hot and with a nice selection of fruit and also plenty of choice from the hot buffet , coffee and toast was topped up without fuss by busy , friendly staff . Great stay in an traditonal style hotel , with the "old" style values that some of the newer celtic tiger hotels dont understand ...
