This warm and peaceful guesthouse in the heart of Westport is a find, this house is comfortable, friendly, and perfectly located for seeing all Westport has to offer, or as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside. There is free Wifi and the breakfasts are delicious.
The hosts were a great help with all our questions and there were a lot of them and we will be back again.

This was our second stay at the Boulevard Guesthouse in Westport. Everything about the Boulevard is wonderful!! The rooms are lovely and spacious, with comfortable beds, pleasant views and very large en suites. The breakfasts, always accompanied by Irish music and lively conversation, are delicious and provide a great start to the day. The location of the Boulevard, a short walk from the main streets of Westport, couldn't be more convenient. A beautiful canal runs in front of the Guesthouse which adds charm to the setting. While all these features are outstanding, truly the best thing about the Boulevard are the hosts. They are amazing people...warm, friendly and fun. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We can't wait to return!

We loved the location, the house, and our warm Irish hosts, Sadie and Noreen. They take a genuine interest in their guests, and do everything they can to make people feel at home. We traveled by bus, and the house is just around the corner from the bus stop, as well as a short walk to the heart of the town. At the same time, it's located on a quiet side street. Perfect for us! The breakfasts were cooked to order, and delicious.

Be aware that the guest rooms are on the second and third floors of this lovely Georgian house, so it would not work well for anyone with mobility problems. We'll certainly stay here again if/when we return to Westport!

Room Tip: We loved our room on the second floor, with a view of the river/canal.

We arrived in the lovely town of Westport and as we were driving around we came across this Georgian Guesthouse on a beautiful part of the town with the river running along side.
We knocked on the door and it was opened by Sadie , we took to her straight away, words cannot describe the loveliness of this house and where it is situated, it is so near everything and yet in a beautiful scenic area of the town and so quiet at night.
Sadie and her staff looked after us so well we did not want to leave, we are sorry now that we did not base ourselves here in this House ,there are so many places you can go to from here.
My wife and I had such a great time in Westport with such a huge choice of restaurants and walks to enjoy, we walked on a beach with the majestic mountain Croagh Patrick with us all the way,the scenery around this area has to be seen to be believed.
The breakfast was full of variety and very wholesome, Sadie and Noreen make sure everybody gets their full attention as they go about their duties every morning, our room was spotless and our en-suite was nearly as big as our bedroom. The dining room with its high ceilings and warm colours makes it a very comfortable and relaxing place to have your breakfast, especially with the lovely irish songs in the background, this place has it all, hospitality, location and value.
We will have no problem recommending this House to all our friends and we will definitely have this as our base from now on. Thank you all in the lovely Boulevard.

First of all, may I say that Noreen and Sadie make you feel at home and welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors! The feel of the place is quaint, cozy, and warm. The beds are comfortable and the rooms layout quite civilized. The shower water was nice and hot (very important!) The view was of a lovely flower ladened court yard. It was a quiet and peaceful reteat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Across from the lovely river, the guest house in in walking distance from everything, spa, gym, bike rentals, and all the stores and restaurants! Finally, breakfast in the beatufully elegant, yet cozy and homey dining room to the tune of lovely traditional Irish music, with Sadie's humor in host - NOTHING can beat this! Truly the Spirit of Ireland. An absolute MUST for the sensible traveler!

I just spend three nights at The Boulevard Guesthouse and did not want to leave. The cozy and comfortable environment, the attentive and warm hearted staff and the to "die for" Irish breakfasts made me want to stay on forever. This was my first time in Westport and I fell in love with the town. I will be back and The Boulevard is where I will want to stay again.

We were greeted by our very friendly hostess, Angie, who was a font of information about the town, restaurants, where to find good Irish music, etc. Her guesthouse is really lovely, and so full of charm. A beautiful staircase winds up 4 flights. We had a lovely room with wood floors and a large ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices.
