My business takes me to the west of Ireland at regular intervals and regardless of how often i visit i delight in staying at the Boulevard Guesthouse in Westport.
There i find relaxation, and easy access to all amenities Two minutes walk to the main street and choice of restaurants and Irish bars is wide.
So near the town yet so quiet this beautiful house is complemented by the river view from front bedrooms(which i try to reserve when possible) the bedrooms are spacious, spotless, and so inviting, love the comfort of the beds and always enjoy a great nights sleep en-suite facilities are great.breakfast is so good and varied, and hosts always go that extra mile to please Just left and now looking forward to my next visit.

Room Tip: Front room with river view

This was our first visit to Westport and it is now our favorite town in Ireland! What a charming place, and so colorful. We entered the town down a narrow winding road and had trouble with the traffic at first. But after one time around the square, we found our B&B on a quiet side street, just off the main road in town. We were able to park just down the road, and don't mind the no parking signs we were told. Our hostess was so sweet, and our room was huge with windows overlooking courtyards front and back. The bathroom was very clean and roomy by B&B standards. We were able to walk everywhere in town and wish we had planned more time. This will be a definite stop on our next trip, and we will definitely stay at this B&B again.

Stayed here for an evening in October 2012. Conveniently located and clean, I enjoyed my time here. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be the mattress being a bit too soft but can't complain!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. Great location, nice rooms, good breakfast and beautiful town. Angela couldn't have made our stay any better, she made us feel right at home. We would definately stay here again, also had fun at Matt Molly's pub and cycling the greenway.

My wife and I stayed at the Boulevard during our 2 week adventure and this was one of the best B&B experiences in my 18 trips to Ireland. We planned to stay one night in Westport and had no advanced booking. We were given the name of another property but in trying to locate it we made a wrong turn, which ended up being the right turn. The pleasure of staying at this inn begins with the personality of Angela. So warm, friendly and helpful that you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. We had advice on restaurants, pubs and area attractions before we even got our bags in. The location is perfect, across the street from the lovely river that bisects the town and one block from the heart of the village. Our room, on the top floor, was large, with a double and single bed and an unusually spacious bathroom by Ireland standards. Free wi-fi and tons of reading material. Very good breakfast. We were so impressed that we stayed a second night and would have booked a third if it were not full up. Westport is a great town with lots of shopping, restaurants and lively pubs with some of the best traditional music in Ireland. There are so many points of interest in the area that we will be returning to Westport and would never consider staying anywhere else but the Boulevard.
