4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013 via mobile

Stayed dec 2011,Nice hotel. No complaints. Good location very near all sorts of pubs restaurants and shops. I personally didn't think it was noisy as many other reviews said it was. Would recommend to stay here.

“Comfortable stay and good value!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

The boutique hotel was a very enjoyable stay, at first I had an allergic reaction to the blankets originally offered to us but when inquired at the help desk I was quickly presented with duvets which solved the problem. For the one week I stayed there I met all the managers and they were all very kind, charming and extremely helpful people. I would definitely recommend the hotel to any travellers looking for a hotel for good value and quality stay.

“Boutique Hotel Limerick”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

The Boutique Hotel was a city center Hotel which offered comfort in a smallish but very clean and well presented room which offered all the facilities required for a city stay . The staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was good . The car park , which is subsidized for Hotel Guests , was very close to the Hotel . The Hotel was ideally located in the city center . I would ,recommend this Hotel to anyone and will , when in the area again , be staying there myself .
In short an excellent Hotel , centrally located with friendly and helpful staff and very good value .

“A friendly & welcoming hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Our first stop in Ireland was the Boutique Hotel in the heart of Limerick. A perfect choice! Our initial host was welcoming and helpful, and we were thrilled to meet the very charming Niamh O'Grady, who is extraordinarily friendly and who gave us several excellent recommendations for our journey to the west of Ireland. She served us an excellent breakfast the next morning in the lovely dining room even though we over slept. Great coffee!
The room was not spacious, but was clean and warm, and the interior of the hotel is truly charming. The car park is convenient. I'd also highly recommend the adjacent pub, Kevin O'Connell's, where Killian will greet you warmly and Kevin himself will pour you a perfect Guinness pint!
All in all a fine combination of traditional Irish hospitality. Do go!
Slainte!

Room Tip: The pub next door can be noisy, so try to get a room far away from the pub. This place is popular, s...

Dear Michael,

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your recent stay with us here at the Boutique.
We are all about good value quality service and are delighted that this was your experience.

We have a reputation for our breakfasts and of course Niamh would not have wanted you to miss out though service had finished. Going that 'extra mile' for our guests is never a problem for our staff.

Our pub 'O'Connells' is very popular for with our guests. We are delighted you enjoyed your pint of Guinness and were made feel so welcome.
Kevin and Killian send their regards.

Finally Michael, sincere thanks for taking the time to send in a review and for your very generous comments.

Kind regards,

Anne O'Connell.

“Town centre location with affordable quality”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

The clear feature of excellence was the front-of-house manager, Niamh.
Efficient, friendly and indisputably Irish, she could have a great career in international hospitality management, should she wish.
The hotel is modern on the outside and well-appointed classically styled within.
Breakfasts are topped by the Traditional Irish, with lounge/fresh-brewed coffee always on tap.
Many restaurants and Irish pubs within 2 minutes walk.
