Very clean, newer hotel. Very good rate and walk-able to pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and well-managed. I was travelling with friends and there were many families there with small children. Seemed like the management made an effort to keep the families/children in one part of the restaurant (but still right next to the buffet) and the people without children in an abutting section (also right next to the buffet.) I found that to be a thoughtful "win-win" approach. They also have a sign up in the elevator using a stop light motif to show the best times to go to breakfast (7am - 8am, not crowded, green light, 8am - 9am, more crowded, yellow light, 9am - 10am, very crowded, red light.) That is probably obvious to most travelers but it is nice to have it shown so directly and cleverly. To me this indicates that this is a well-managed property.
