Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is cooked to demand and is excellent.
Evening meals are also very good.
It's worth asking for a river view as these rooms are more pleasant and quieter.
Altogether a v. pleasant 3 night stay.

Stayed here for a two night break. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the town so not too far away. The nicest part of the hotel is the reception/lobby area. The rooms are just ok a bit on the small side and I honestly don't think that the hotel deserves its four star rating. I have to say that the hotel is not bad. Would I stay here again probably not. There are nicer hotels nearer the town.

We recently stayed at the Riverside Hotel for two nights. The hotel is very well-appointed, a nice lobby, very good restaurant and a nice pub. On-site parking is more than adequate.

We were upgraded at no charge to a suite, and it was very nice. A large screen television and free internet are included in the amenities. The hotel breakfast which we bought as part of a B&B package was especially good. Staff were very friendly and helpful; this was tested because our telephone stopped working on the 2nd morning of our stay, and they made every effort to please us. The negatives (other than the telephone outage) were minor. We strongly recommend the Riverside.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my partner. We got a very good rate when we contacted the hotel directly even though there was a big performer at the nearby INEC.

The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk into the centre of Killarney and a five minute walk to the INEC.

This was a very nice hotel with excellent friendly staff who really looked after us. The hotel is quite new with a medium sized bar and restaurant. It is located along a road with numerous other hotels.

The rooms are fine and appear to be newly decorated. They ahve every thing you expect form a four star hotel.

Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would most likely use this hotel if in Killarney again.
