The worst national park visitors center ever. Had to ask for a map, no big trail map on the wall. The map we got was as poorly marked as the trails themselves. We had to trek through a cow pasture (complete with cows -- real cows) to find the trail we wanted to hike, and spent the next 90 minutes lost in the woods trying to find our way back. Terrible signage and no blazes.
On the positive side, the park was very pretty. The waterfall was gorgeous and the views of the lake from wherever it was we were were wonderful. I only wish I could tell you how to get there.
The carriage ride was nice, but our driver began the hard sell right away for the "enhanced" tour to include the abbey. It made for an uncomfortable ride and detracted from the experience.
In spite of the shortcomings of the humans entrusted with its care, what nature has created here is an experience not to be missed. ((JUST BRING YOUR GPS))
