“Lovely place to stay in Killarney”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

We stayed at Earls in July 2013 and loved it. the room was very large, comfy and clean. the bathroom was very large and clean. The breakfast at Earls was by far my favorite of all of Ireland (and we stayed two nights at the Shelborne in Dublin but Earls food was so much better and homier! Best brown bread I've had ever). Ray and Emer as well as any staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again given the chance to.

My wife, 5.5-year-old son, and I are from the Boston area and we started a two-week vacation in Ireland at this hotel at the end of June 2013. We spent two nights and it was a fantastic way to start our trip. The accommodations were excellent, the breakfasts and late afternoon tea/coffee/snacks much appreciated, and the staff was always willing to answer questions and give helpful advice. Emer Moynihan and her staff are to be commended. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed only 1 night in late June but wish we had stayed longer. We had a family room that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very large as well. Upon arrival they had pastries in the sitting room off the lobby. The staff was very helpful with things to do in the area. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and even had a menu from which you could order hot dishes.

Room Tip: Make sure everything you buy and pay for in Ireland is charged in Euros if you are not from Europe...

Our first trip to Ireland started at Earl's Court House.Hotel. We were guests for 5 nights. From the very step in we were greeted by helpful and genuinely focused people who wanted to make us comfortable. What a splendid and memorable way to start our journey. After 15 days on our group trip, we wanted to make sure that others know about the outstanding hotel at Earls Court. This is a winner from start to end. We plan to return to Killarney next year. Of course, we will book a stay at this excellent hotel. All the service providers are kind, knowledgeable about the area, and go the extra steps to insure that everything including great food is the highest caliber. Make sure to enjoy the brown bread toasted with your breakfast. Too divine for words. Thanks for this exquisitie hotel and all its fine accommodations. We have traveled alot (Attorney and corp exec.) and this rates with the very best. Bravo to Earls Court!!

Room Tip: Our room was quiet and spotless. I assume that every room was this way. This hotel is operated by...

We enjoyed a two night stay at Earls Court House. Our room easily accomodated 4 people. About a 10 minute walk to downtown Killarney so location was great. Also ample car parking for free. Room was clean and modern. Also breakfast was very good. Great location with many tourist sites within short driving distance. I would highly recommend visiting Killarney, it was our favorite overall town in Ireland. Great restaurants as well...and a movie theatre within walking distance as well.

We loved this hotel. It was close to everything without being right in the town; we were able to walk to the pubs. The furnishings are beautiful and and well placed. The breakfast was delicious, had great variety, and was served in again a charmingly furnished room. Everything was so so clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights (I would stay longer next time!) and this was by far our favorite lodging of our ten day visit to Ireland.
