We stayed at the Old Weir Lodge for five nights. It was a delightful visit to Killarney. The lodge was beautiful, and the room was wonderful. It is in a perfect place to walk throughout Killarney. The staff was wonderful. We will stay at the Old Weir on our next visit to Killarney.

The Old Wier offers good solid value in a town which offers all types of accomodation. Well positioned on Muckross Road, just out of the centre of town it is a fine example of a purpose built guest house. Our room was large, well equipped and the bathroom was equally large and well appointed. Add a fine breakfast and at EUR 100 for the double it is spot on for value. Add a visit to the Brickin restaurant - above a wonderful craft and souvenir shop in the town, and your visit to Killarney will be hard to beat.
