Absolutely spot on, We booked through laterooms.com. Very reasonably priced, which considering how expensive Ireland is, was a welcome find.
The 1st night & breakfast was so good, we had to do the 2nd one.
The full Irish breakfast is a great start to a day touring the Ring of Kerry.

They are family friendly and Freda is a great host.

The only disagreement I have is their modest assessment as 3 star, it beats a lot of 4 stars we have stayed at.

My wife and I loved our visit to Killarney and wanted to stay an extra day. The hotel that we were currently staying in was fully booked for the day that we wanted to add to our itinerary. My wife noticed the Vacancy sign at the 19th Green so we stopped and they were really helpful. We first needed to change our flight back to Dublin and they helped us with that problem. When we checked in we found a lovely comfortable room and the hospitality was first class. They arranged dinner for us at the Killarney Golf Club which was quite memorable. We enjoyed our chats with John and Freda Sheehan, the owners of the B&B. Breakfast the next morning was a treat and we vowed to return again for a longer stay in which we would bring our golf clubs to play on the 3 gorgeous courses surrounding the 19th Green.

The owners are very helpful and friendly - we felt very comfortable there. Room was very clean, big and bright and airy. Dining area is particularly lovely with a very nice breakfast and attentive, quick service. Surrounding area is beautiful and John gave us a good suggestion of where to spend a lazy afternoon. The only drawback is there is a bit of traffic noise if you want to have the windows open and it's not really walking distance to town, but overall one of the best b&bs I've tried.

These people really understand hospitality...they are consumate service professionals. Not only are the accommodations and service great, the food is superb.
