stayed here for long weekend with my husband and daughter and had a lovely time , the rooms were a good size , the food in the hotel was very nice having said that it was a little over priced , had a great time touring killarney , we will use this hotel again for a short break.

i stay in the appartments in the hotel and found the very good and it was close to the hotel. the only thing i found wrong with my stay was the bar staff and the restaurant staff. The bar staff were very rude and not very good at there job, while the restuarant staff just did not know what they were doing, we were left 10 mins at the door waiting to be seated while the waitress strolled around it wasnt even busy. They need to get proper training because i had to ask for a drink while that should be the first question they should ask when you sit down and the food was very expensive for the portions 8euro for 4 chicken wings and the veg were just microwaved i would recamend the hotel just to sleep in nothing else eat out because the service is terrible.

Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Returned recently and found this hotel to be better than ever. Staff were very couteous and professional backed up by the excellent food.

All in all a great experience. Can't wait to avail of one of the hotels special offers again.

Just back after Easter mid term. Stayed for three nights. Fantastic break and so happy the hotel open again. The facilities are tremendous and my kids feel so secure and happy with Niamh and Michele.They were crying when it was time to come home. Sure there are lots of kids but that is the beauty. The kids enjoy themselves and i can relax!!! Looking forward to next trip already.
