“Loved The Balcony Bed and Breakfast”

We stayed two nights while on a Rick Steves Tour. The woman who owns the bed and breakfast (I don't remember her name) was the nicest, most accommodating innkeeper we encountered on our whole two week tour. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The breakfast every morning was great. She even provided us with some crackers and cheese and other tidbits for a lunch we were going to have on the bus. It was raining cats and dogs and we asked her where the closest grocery store was. Rather than have us go out in the rain, she provided the above lunch items for us as we continued our tour. You couldn't ask more from such a wonderful innkeeper!

“Cozy B & B”

A lovely quiet place to stay and only a 5 min walk from City Centre. Teresa was a lovely hostess and made a fantastic full breakfast to your individual order. She offered to arrange to have the tour buses pick me up at the B & B. The rooms were of average size in comparison to other B & B's that I have stayed in while in Europe. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

“Fantastic Place”

It was a fantastic place to stay, so close to the city and yet so quiet at night. The rooms were clean and airy and had all the amenities you could need. Treasa was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious, proper freshly made fruit salad and pancakes as well as the good old irish fry up. All of our party would be more than happy to stay there again.

“The Balcony House was our favorite”

Theresa was the perfect hostess. The room was charming and the breakfast room equally so. She offered to fix whatever we wanted for breakfast and the scones, fresh fruit, and smoked salmon were always present. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown Galway. We were on a Rick Steve's tour and the Balcony House was the best of all the places we stayed.

“Great Service”

Balcony House is in a great location in Galway. Away from the pubs, but not too far of a walk to them. The rooms are spacious and clean. Theresa provides you with an ample breakfast in the morning and is more than willing to help you set up any tours. We did not take any tours, but she offered. If you are ever in Galway I would recommend Balcony House.
