Great Hotel, ring for directions.
This Hotel had it all. Beautiful Lobby, Fabulous bar and lovely rooms.
There was a lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived.
We were just in time to have dinner in the bar (9pm). The food was fabulous, steak was to die for. Excellent value for money all round. Staff were great, friendly and efficient. They have a wide variet of world beers and a great smoking area with heaters. The bar was warm, comfortable
and very relaxing, Excellent breakfast served here in the morning (omlette a must !)
The room was lovely. Modern design with simple features.
Plenty of room and a beautiful ensuite (see photos)
The hotel is located very close to Galway airport and Racecourse. Shopping centre nearby and a great Centra 5 mins walk.

  • Liked — The atmosphere was always relaxed and pleasant, Great food
  • Disliked — Only non-smoking rooms available

The hotel is clean and comfortable, food good and staff very friendly. The bar area was good with live sport on big screen. All round a very enjoyable stay and good value especially the 2 nights b&b with 1 evening meal.

I saw a review for this hotel in Galway on this site and thought I would check it out for one night.

Good points:
* good clean bathroom
* good food from the bar
* nice friendly atmosphere
* clean and large bed
* free wireless broadband

Bad points:
* a little difficult to find
* not much else

There is vey little bad to say about this hotel really. I don't have too many bad points, more suggestions really.

I would want a towel that I can stand on when I get out of the shower, rather than using a hand towel on the floor. The glasses in the bathroom were not really very clean, I don't use them anyway, except to put my toothbrush/toothpaste in, but clean is good.

The staff are very friendly, and the lady on reception was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good, I just ordered what I wanted and the staff brough it over, all very nice thank you.

Overall a nice hotel, decent value for money and I will be back soonish I expect.

It has been about two weeks ago since we have stayed in this wonderful hotel, a little outside the centre of Galway. This hotel is not located in the centre of Galway, but it is very easy to get there. As there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where the bus passes every 15 minutes. (To the centre -- Eyre Square-- it is 1,45€). We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome at the reception. The staff makes you feel comfortable and is very helpful.
The rooms were clean and pretty large, with a bath as well as a shower. Every day when we came back from Galway city centre or any of the other day tours we made, the beds were made and there were fresh towels, great service!
The restaurant of the hotel was very good and the free continental breakfast served each morning, was nice and extensive. It was also possible to have an Irish breakfast from the menu. We've had a great stay here in Galway! Recommended to everyone!

Found this hotel while looking for a base to explore the Connemara area. Have to say it was really nice, cosy small hotel.
We arrived on the Saturday afternoon around 1 and pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. We called to confirm the room and the girl Susan was really nice and friendly, and said she would try have the room ready but there would be somewhere to leave bags if not. So when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon around 1 and pleasantly surprised to find our room ready.
The room is a decent size, comfortable with all the mod cons! I would recommend asking for a room without an interconnecting door, incase your neighbours are as nosiy as ours!
Service was a bit slow in parts, ie there was a wait for someone in reception, and waiting for food but i couldn't fault the staff in any way shape or form as they were very very helpful and friendly throughout!
If your looking for a base or to be a few mins drive from the city - i'd highly recommend the hotel.
